- Description
-
Named for the chief god in the Babylonian Pantheon, this knife commands respect. The large, sweeping, s-curve blade is made of solid 1/4 inch thick 5160 Carbon Steel and has been treated with my Antique Etching process.
The upper and lower guards, curved into a c-shape, provide excellent protection for your fingers. Both are forged 1084 Carbon Steel. The guards are highlighted by brass ferrules and a brass pin in the handle.
The handle is a beautiful piece of Cocobolo with a vibrant pattern and a white ‘eye’ along the top side. The contour of the handle has an excellent seat in both forward and reverse grips to make this a formidable fighting bowie.
The sheath is hand stitched with a window of sting-ray skin featuring the ‘eye’ of the sting ray, complimenting the ‘eye’ in the Cocobolo handle. The sheath is designed for a cross-draw or front belt-draw.
